We offer first come first serve technical support by phone on Precix machines for $120 per hour. Our technicians are typically available between the hours of 8AM and 5PM PST, Monday to Friday. Most support requests can be filled within 2-4 hours. NOTE: There is no guarantee that you will be able to contact us outside of these hours, specifically on week ends, but you can e-mail us at support(at)cncdoctor(dot)com, to confirm availability of a technician before payment.
We also make no guarantee that we will be able to solve, or even diagnose, your problem during the time that you have paid for our support services. Troubleshooting machine issues can take a long time.
If we solve your issue before the hour is used, unused minutes must be used within 30 days of your purchase. If after 1 hour of tech support, you wish to continue to receive support, we will ask you to purchase additional hours.

We suggest that prior to calling us, you collect all your machine information, including model number, controller type, exact error codes and/or description of problems with the machine.

We offer full technical support for Gen1, IndustrialRP Series, Gen2, Performa, Excalibur machines, configured as routers, dispensers or lasers.
