Gantry
Stiff gantry tube is a lightweight aircraft aluminum composite, with splayed internal ribs to increase torsional rigidity. Fully boxed uprights to maximize torsional rigidity, allowing standard Z heights of up to 24”. All machined aircraft aluminum carriage with integral gussets and ribs.

Drive Systems
Brush DC servo motors on all axes. Mechanical Drive Systems: Rack and Pinion on x and y, ball screw on Z. Servo motor directly drives Z-axis ball screw (no intermediate belts) to maximize precision.
