If you work plastics and hard foams, our centre extracting hollow bit will allow you to cut product faster and cleaner than any other product. Our custom foam and plastic machine uses Bornemann custom hollow bits and center extracting spindle to extract dust at the source: at the tip of the bit or on the sides of the bit for deep lateral routing. The obvious benefits are better control of dust and particulates, with the resulting health and safety benefits for machine operators in foam and plastic shops. Plus, it is less messy.
